CLOSIQ · LEGAL
Terms of Service
These Terms govern your access to Closiq, a geoanalytics, lead-management and team workspace for field sales organizations.
Effective date: July 22, 2026
1. Agreement and eligibility
By creating an account, accepting a team invitation, purchasing a subscription or using Closiq, you agree to these Terms. You must be legally able to enter into a binding contract and use the service for legitimate business purposes.
If you use Closiq for a company, you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms for that company. Company administrators are responsible for their workspace, members and role assignments.
2. The service
Closiq provides tools for mapping potential partners, managing contacts and sales stages, planning routes, collaborating with a team and producing reports. Features may be improved, added, limited or replaced as the product develops.
Traffic, opportunity, AI and priority scores are estimates derived from available data and configured factors. They are decision-support tools, not guarantees of visitor counts, revenue, conversion, availability or commercial success.
3. Accounts and security
You must provide accurate registration information, protect your credentials and promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for actions taken through your account unless prohibited by law.
Team leads and company administrators may invite or remove members and access company workspace data according to their roles. Do not share invitation links or access credentials outside the intended organization.
4. Trial, subscriptions and seats
Eligible companies receive a seven-day trial. Unless a promotion states otherwise, the trial does not require a payment card. When the trial ends, paid features may be suspended until the company activates a subscription.
The company plan is offered at the price displayed at checkout and includes up to eight employee seats. Additional seats are charged at the displayed per-seat price. Subscriptions renew automatically for the selected billing period until canceled.
Paddle is our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record. Paddle processes payments, taxes, invoices, renewals, cancellations and payment-related customer support under the terms shown in Paddle Checkout. Your purchase may also be subject to the Paddle Buyer Terms.
5. Cancellation and refunds
You may cancel through the Paddle customer portal. Cancellation normally stops the next renewal and access continues through the paid period. Refund eligibility is described in our Refund Policy and any mandatory consumer law that applies to you.
6. Customer data
You retain rights in business data you submit to Closiq. You grant us permission to host, process, transmit and display that data only as needed to operate, secure and improve the service and provide requested integrations.
You are responsible for having a lawful basis to store and contact partners, prospects, employees and other people whose information you add. You must honor applicable privacy, marketing, anti-spam, employment and recording laws.
7. Acceptable use
You may not use Closiq to violate law or third-party rights; send unlawful or deceptive communications; scrape, probe or disrupt the service; bypass access controls; distribute malware; reverse engineer protected components; or resell access without written permission.
We may restrict abusive, fraudulent or dangerous activity and may suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users, third parties or the platform.
8. Intellectual property
Closiq and its software, visual design, documentation, trademarks and original content are owned by Closiq or its licensors. Except for the limited right to use the service during an active trial or subscription, no ownership rights are transferred to you.
9. Third-party services
Closiq may interoperate with Paddle, Supabase, Google Workspace, OpenStreetMap, Jitsi Meet, mapping providers and other services. Their availability, data and terms are controlled by those providers. Public place details may be incomplete or outdated, and meeting links should only be shared with intended participants. We are not responsible for third-party services, but we will use reasonable care when selecting and integrating them.
10. Availability and warranties
The service is provided on an “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not promise uninterrupted operation or that every estimate or third-party data point is complete or current.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Closiq will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, loss of profits, revenue, goodwill or data. Our aggregate liability arising from the service will not exceed the amount paid for the service during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limits do not apply where liability cannot lawfully be limited.
12. Suspension and termination
You may stop using Closiq at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, non-payment, fraud, security risk or unlawful use. Where practical, we will provide notice and a reasonable opportunity to cure. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain effective.
13. Changes, law and contact
We may update these Terms as the service or law changes. Material updates will be posted here and, when appropriate, communicated in the product or by email. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable where Closiq operates, without overriding mandatory protections available in your jurisdiction. Contact us at support@closiq.team with questions or legal notices.
